CORNWALL, Ontario – David Schulte, 29, of Cornwall was arrested on Jan. 11, 2019 and charged with threats.
It is alleged on Jan. 6, 2019, the man made threats to kill employees of a local organization and police were contacted to investigate. On Jan. 11, 2019, the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
