Cornwall, ON – Stephane Deguire, 34, of Cornwall was arrested on Sunday, Dec. 2 and charged with the following:
• Assault police x 2
• Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
• Resist arrest
• Breach of probation (for possessing a weapon and failing to keep the peace)
It is alleged on December 2, while investigating an unrelated matter, the man brandished a razor blade in the direction of two police officers.
After a brief struggle, the man was taken into custody, was charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing.
