CORNWALL, Ontario – A Cornwall man gave a fake name, took off in his pickup truck and even tried to escape on foot after police pulled him over on the weekend.
City police said the man was stopped in the area of Third and Gulf streets on Saturday.
He now faces a slew of charges including dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, breach of probation, obstruct police, resist arrest and escape lawful custody.
Cody Cardinal, 24 of Cornwall was held in custody for a bail hearing.
