CORNWALL, Ontario – A Cornwall man who tried to sell the same car twice – and pocket the money both times – has been arrested.

Police said the man last month sold a car that did not belong to him to someone and then resold the car before the initial person was able to pick it up.

The man has been charged with theft by conversion and fraud under $5,000.

Marcel Seip, 27 of Cornwall was released to appear in court on June 30.
