CORNWALL, Ontario – Maybe the postage was insufficient?
Russell Robinson, 51 of Maxville was arrested Saturday and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession for the purpose of trafficking.
Police allege that a man visited Cornwall to have a package shipped to P.E.I.
The package was found to be marijuana and police were contacted to investigate.
The man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on March 24.
