SOUTH DUNDAS, Ontario – On Jan. 16, 2019, members of the SD&G OPP Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), Tactical Rescue Unit (TRU) and Emergency Response Team (ERT) executed a Search Warrant at a property on Rowena Rd., South Dundas Township. This resulted in the seizure of several weapons (shotgun).
Marc Martin, 26, of South Dundas, ON was arrested and charged with;
– Unauthorized Possession of a firearm
-Careless Storage of Firearm, weapon, prohibited device and ammunition
– Possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to Prohibition order
– Fail to comply with conditions of an Probation Order (eight counts)
He was held in custody (bail) and is scheduled to appear Ontario court of justice in Cornwall.
