SOUTH DUNDAS, Ontario – On November 14, 2016 at approximately 2:28pm, a Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer attempted to intercept a vehicle on County Road 16, South Dundas Township. The driver refused to comply and was successfully stopped a short distance away when he entered a property on Cook Road. He resisted officers upon his arrest.
Russell SULLIVAN, 48, of South Dundas Township is charged with;
– Flight While Pursued by Peace Officer
– Resist Peace Officer
– Driving While Under Suspension (Highway Traffic Act)
He was held in custody pending an appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.
