CORNWALL, Ontario – Dustin O’Byrne, 23, and Kevin Ingola, 23, both of Cornwall, were arrested on Oct. 1, 2018 and charged as follows:
Dustin O’Byrne:
- Flight from police
- Possession of cocaine
- Possession of methamphetamine
- Breach of probation (for possessing drugs and failing to keep the peace)
Kevin Ingola:
- Possession of cocaine
- Possession of methamphetamine
- Breach of probation (for failing to keep the peace)
It is alleged on Oct. 1, 2018, Dustin O’Byrne failed to stop for police in the area of Guy St. and First St. Police later located him, at which time both men were found to be in possession of a quantity of cocaine and methamphetamine. They were taken into custody and charged accordingly. Dustin O’Byrne was released to appear in court on Nov. 15, 2018 and Kevin Ingola was held for a bail hearing.
