Police nab one suspect in ‘Flying J’ fraud case
Stormont-Dundas-Glengarry OPP are searching for this suspect in connection to a fraud investigation.

CORNWALL, Ontario – SD&G OPP arrested a Hudson, Que., man linked to credit card fraud at the Flying “J” Truck Stop in South Glengarry.

In mid-December 2014, police released images of a pair of men who allegedly used fraudulent credit cards to purchase several gift cards at the Lancaster establishment.

Matthew Penney was arrested on Monday (May 25).

He has been charged with four counts of possession of forged credit card, two counts of utter forged document, fraud under $5,000, theft under $5,000, and possession of a forged driver’s licence.

The man is scheduled to appear at an Alexandria court on June 10.

The investigation, which started on March 31, continues.

Provincial police are still searching for the other suspect (pictured), a 30-year-old from Rigaud, Que.
