CORNWALL, Ontario – The Cornwall Community Police Service (CCPS) would like to advise the public of a training exercise that will take place in the area of Saunders Dr. and Second St. W. on Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2018 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Members of the Cornwall Emergency Response Team will be actively training and sounds of “BLANK” shots may be heard. No live ammunition will be used.
There will be no traffic disruptions as a result of the training exercise, however the public is asked to avoid the area if at all possible.
The CCPS wishes to thank the public in advance for their understanding for any inconveniences that may occur during the training session.
