SOUTH GLENGARRY, Ontario – On May 17, 2017 – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Drug Action Team (CDAT) officers assisted by OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT), Canine Unit and Crime Unit members executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a residence on Arlington Road, South Glengarry Township.

A large quantity of suspected marijuana (processed/plants), cannabis resin and growing equipment was seized with an estimated street value of over $70,000. An adult male was arrested.

Marc RONDEAU (45) of South Glengarry Township is charged with;

– Produce a Controlled Substance

– Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (2 counts)

He was released and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Alexandria on June 7, 2017.
