Impaired driver exposes himself to police

SOUTH STORMONT, Ontario – On Dec. 31, 2017 at approximately 7:56pm, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a traffic complaint on Cornwall Highway 401, South Stormont Township. Officers located the vehicle as it had left the roadway and struck a tree.

The investigation revealed that the adult male driver was under the influence of alcohol. While in custody the male also exposed himself to officers.

Mark CLUTE (47) of Vaughan, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;

– Driving a Motor Vehicle with Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in blood

– Driving a Motor Vehicle while Impaired

– Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle

– Driving while disqualified

– Indecent Act

– Possession of Property obtained by crime

– Fail to comply with conditions of probation order ( 3 counts)

– Fail to comply with conditions of Recognizance

The male was held in custody pending an appearance in Cornwall court.
