SOUTH STORMONT, Ontario – On Oct. 2, 2018, members of the Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), Emergency Response Team (ERT), Tactical Rescue Unit (TRU) and SD&G OPP officers executed a Criminal Code Search Warrant at a property on Eligh-Beckstead Rd., South Stormont Township.

This resulted in the seizure of a quantity of Marijuana, cocaine and methamphetamine. Also recovered was a stolen 2015 Polaris 570 Side by Side ATV (Reported Sept. 26, 2018 being taken from a property on Hunter’s Rd., South Stormont Township).

Samantha Genge, 25, of South Stormont, ON was arrested and charged with;

– Produce a control substance

– Possession of Property obtained by crime – over $5,000

– Possession of a controlled substance ( three counts)

She was released and scheduled to appear in Cornwall court on Nov. 15, 2018.

A 27-year-old male fled the scene prior to police arrival.

Melissa Gervais, 23, of North Dundas, ON was arrested and charged with;

– Possession of a controlled substance

She was released and scheduled to appear in Cornwall court on Nov. 15, 2018.
