ALEXANDRIA, Ontario – On March 2, 2018, members of the Community Street Crime Unit, Tactical Rescue Unit, Emergency Response Team, Canine Unit, Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau and SD&G OPP officers executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Search Warrant on several residences and one business in the Village of Alexandria, North Glengarry Township.
This resulted in the seizure of a quantity of drugs, weapons, undisclosed amount of Canadian currency.
7 males and 2 females were arrested during the execution of the warrants.
The investigation continues and further information (names of accused/types of drug and weapons) will be released at a later time.
