SOUTH STORMONT, Ontario – A 59-year-old man was taken to hospital by air ambulance with serious life threatening injuries following a single vehicle crash at approximately 8:47 a.m. on Tuesday, July 31. 

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) of SDG were at the scene of the collision on Windfall Rd., which is between Losey Rd. and County Rd. 18.

OPP closed a section of Windfall Rd. between 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Preliminary investigation indicates that the vehicle was travelling northbound when, for reasons under investigation, left the roadway and rolled over into the ditch.
