INGLESIDE, Ontario – The Ingleside, Long Sault and Lost Villages Lion’s Club held their second annual Pumpkin Hunt at the Ingleside Splashpad on Saturday, Oct. 20, 2018.

Pumpkins were laid out throughout the park, each pumpkin had a design on it, and children were challenged to find the pumpkin that matched the design that they were given.

There was also a cornhole style pumpkin themed game, witches hat ring toss, a skeleton hunt, people in costume, music, and hot dogs.

The event was first held last year in Long Sault and saw more than 100 local kids participate.

All pumpkins were provided by McMaze.

On-site as well were Greg’s Pumpkins being sold for a dollar by Seven Acres Family Farm. Seven Acres Family Farm was selling the pumpkins in support of two mental health crisis lines for youth in distress, the Youth Services 24/7 Crisis Line and the Ottawa area Crisis Line.
