Each year, Dundas Manor residents and family members are asked to provide feedback on all aspects of care and services. This year, 48 residents and families responded, providing a 96% satisfaction rate. And 100% of residents and families would recommend Dundas Manor to their family and friends. We couldn’t be prouder!
“We listen carefully to each compliment and each suggestion and have already started to work on areas that we can improve,” notes Administrator Susan Poirier. “The entire team at Dundas Manor works hard to live up to our residents and families’ expectations every day – providing safe, compassionate care and remaining the trusted home of choice.”
Residents and families are asked to comment on everything, including nursing, medical staff, dietary, activities, cleaning, maintenance, administration and communication. The survey also asks what is impressive about the home and what could be better.
“Our motto is ‘Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen’ and the entire Dundas Manor team tries to live up to that adage every day,” adds Ursula Lamoureux, Director of Nursing. “Thank you to all our residents and families who took the time to provide us with this valuable feedback!”
