CORNWALL, Ontario – Avery Trudeau, 19, and Brill Trudeau, 21, both of Cornwall, were arrested on Oct. 2, 2018 and charged with assault cause bodily harm. Avery Trudeau was also charged with breach of probation for failing to keep the peace.
It is alleged on Oct. 1, 2018, both males assaulted a man known to them, causing him to seek medical attention for his injuries. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On Oct. 2, 2018, both men were taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Nov. 15, 2018.
