CORNWALL, Ontario – A person dressed in a clown costume was sighted on Malborough Street Wednesday night.
The video was captured by Jessica Willard who recorded the clown walk across the road and up and down a few times.

Const. Dan Cloutier of the Cornwall Community Police Service said that the police did receive calls about the individual and went to investigate, but did not find anyone.
“It appears to just have been an individual dressed in a clown costume for attention,” he told Seaway News. “No threats were made.”
Reports of scary clowns have emerged in Canada and the United States in the past few weeks and there have been reports from as far away as Dublin, Ireland.
The Conseil des écoles catholiques du Centre-Est, a French Catholic school board in Ottawa sent a warning out to parents on Wednesday concerning clown sightings around their schools.
Barrhaven also had two reported sightings on Wednesday night as well.
A driver in Rankin County Mississippi claims that a scary clown spooked him on Sept. 25 and caused him to have an accident.
