CORNWALL, Ontario – Kayla Ingram, 26, of Cornwall was arrested on Dec. 16, 2018 and charged with robbery, mischief under $5,000, threats, assault, and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace.
It is alleged on Dec. 16, 2018, the woman assaulted and threatened a woman walking a dog, who was not known to her. The woman allegedly damaged the leash and left the area with the dog. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, the woman was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
