CORNWALL, Ontario – Lorraine Taylor, 66, of Cornwall was arrested on Nov. 8, 2018 and charged with assault. It is alleged on Oct. 30, 2018, the woman assaulted a child who was known to her.
Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On Nov. 8, 2018, the woman attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Dec. 18, 2018.
