Jarventie scores OT winner to lead Senators to 3-2 win over Bears in AHL

BELLEVILLE, Ont. — Roby Jarventie delivered the game-winner with 57 seconds left in overtime as the Belleville Senators beat the Hershey Bears 3-2 in American Hockey League action on Friday.

Jonathan Aspirot, who returned the lineup after a four-game absence due to injury, and Aliaksei Protas also scored for the Senators (28-22-2-0) at CAA Arena.

Michael Sgarbossa and Egor Sokolov connected for the Bears (29-22-5-3).

The tightly contested third period saw the game head to overtime. Rookie Jarventie scored the winner with a quick snapshot from the slot. 

Mads Sogaard made 36 saves in the win. Pheonix Copley turned aside 32 shots for the Bears.
