Kinkaid stops 27 pucks, Wolf Pack dump Senators 5-2 with 4 unanswered goals

BELLEVILLE, Ont. — Keith Kinkaid stopped 27 shots and the Hartford Wolf Pack scored four straight goals across the second and third periods to defeat the Belleville Senators 5-2 in AHL action Saturday.

Tanner Fritz tied the game in the second for Hartford (28-20-5-2) before Mike O’Leary, Patrick Khodorenko and Anthony Greco scored on the Wolf Pack’s only three shots of the third.

Kinkaid stopped all 11 shots he faced in the final frame.

Jonathan Aspirot and Cole Reinhardt replied for the Senators (28-23-2-0). Scott Sabourin had two assists and Logan Flodell stopped 18-of-22 shots.

Belleville outshot the Wolf Pack 29-23.
