CORNWALL, Ontario – Seaway News unveiled their latest edition of TASTE, the food, arts, and culture magazine, at Truffles Burger Bar in Cornwall on Friday, Nov. 1.

This year’s edition featured music, art, culture and of course, food across its pages.

Gracing the cover this year is Luc McCabe, a well known and renowned chef in the City of Cornwall.

McCabe and his partner Sue Stewart recently opened a new venture, the Finch Market in Finch, ON. McCabe hopes to turn the Market into a cullinary hub for the region.

“I want to go back to basics and offer a small town what they should have and they don’t have working with all the local farmers who I haven’t been able to work with “McCabe said.

This year’s edition of TASTE offers readers recipes for everything from cooking the perfect meat, to baking something sweet, and all from local experts.

“We were very fortunate to have more content than we needed this year,” said Patrick Larose of Seaway News, the who directed the vision for TASTE. “That’s attributed to all of the amazing things happening in our community.  We will still share those stories through our digital platform(s) and hope that our readers enjoy what we’ve put together in this year’s magazine. We’re really proud of this magazine, what we’ve been able to accomplish and the communities positive response to it.  We promise to continue innovating and providing new, fresh content for our readers to enjoy.  We also look forward to introducing new TASTE events in 2020.”

TASTE will be available on magazine racks throughout the City of Cornwall.
