CORNWALL, Ontario – The Cornwall Police Service is looking to identify the man pictured in relation to a theft that occurred at a Cornwall Square business on Jan. 22, 2019 at approximately 2:10 pm.
The man is described as follows:
- 50-60 year old man with white complexion
- Wearing a dark toque and black puffy winter jacket
- Brown pants
- Had an orange reflective traffic vest of the back of his motorized wheelchair
