CORNWALL, Ontario – The annual Spring Home & Leisure show saw dozens come out to get ready for nice weather.
The show ran from April 5 to 7 and had over 100 exhibitors and great prizes.
The Spring Home & Leisure Show is organized annually by the Cornwall and Area Chamber of Commerce.
“The show is a plus for consumers throughout the Cornwall region,” said Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Lezlie Strasser in an earlier interview. “Under one roof, consumers will find over 100 exhibitors with a great selection of the latest products and services, focused on home and leisure activities for the warm summer season.”
The top prize that was being drawn for at the Home & Leisure Show was a Traeger Grill prize pack.
“This year again, the Chamber is partnering with St. Lawrence Pools,” said Strasser. “The grand prize is a spectacular $1,500 Traeger Pro 34 pellet BBQ. It comes with a terrific accessory package along with a $1,000 gift certificate for food purchases with a total value over $3,000.”
Event volunteer Megan Brownell said that the event saw a great turnout this year.
“Vendors are very happy with the steady flow of visitors. The weather was really on our side this year,” she said.
