CORNWALL, Ontario – Tyler Fournier, 18, was arrested on Tuesday, March 12 following an ongoing investigation by the CPS Street Crime Unit. He was charged with the following:
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine
- Unauthorized possession of a firearm
- Careless storage of a firearm
- Possession of property obtained by crime
- Breach prohibited order for possessing a firearm
- Breach probation x 2 for possessing drugs and failing to keep the peace
It is alleged the man was operating a motor vehicle on March 12 when stopped by police. He was found to be in a quantity of Canadian currency and methamphetamine. Police also located a shotgun in the vehicle. The man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
