CORNWALL, Ontario – Michelle David, 33, of Cornwall was arrested on Sunday, Feb. 10 on the strength of multiple warrants. She was charged with theft under $5,000 and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace.
In October of 2018, it is alleged the woman was operating a vehicle in a dangerous matter, nearly striking a police officer. It is also alleged that after the woman failed to attend court and prints, warrants were issued for her arrest.
On Feb. 10, the woman was located at a Brookdale Ave. business where she attempted to leave the store without making any attempt to pau for items she had selected.
She was taken into custody and held for a bail hearing.
