CORNWALL, Ontario – A Cornwall woman has been arrested after trying to pass forged medical notes to her employer, police say.
The 32-year-old woman allegedly submitted the forged documents to her boss throughout 2015. No details were provided on the nature of the medical notes.
Jennifer Baker turned herself into police headquarters on Tuesday (Dec. 22).
The woman has been charged with a single count of uttering forged documents.
She was released to appear in court on January 19.
