Man charged with possession of cocaine for purpose of trafficking

CORNWALL, Ontario – As a result of an ongoing investigation by the CPS Street Crime Unit, Curtis Morrison, 28, of Cornwall, was arrested on Nov. 28, 2018 and charged with the following:

  • possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine
  • possession of property obtained by crime
  • breach of recognizance (failing to notify a change of address and failing to keep the peace)

It is alleged the man was in possession of a quantity of cocaine and Canadian currency on Nov. 28, 2018 and an investigation ensued. With the assistance of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
