CORNWALL, Ontario – A 31-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on Aug.1 after threatening his neighbour and his neighbour’s dog.
During a police investigation, the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Sept. 4.
His name has not been released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
