CORNWALL, Ontario – On April 3, 2018, a new medical clinic at Unit # 201 – 171 Montreal Road (above the Medical Art Pharmacy) will officially be opening its doors. Nurse Practitioner Marta Jamroch-Fryczkowska will begin her practice at this location while continuing to work collaboratively with Dr. Leigh and Dr. Ronald Tremblay. As Dr Faizer closes his family practice effective April 2018, she will be providing continuous medical care to many of his patients.
Nurse Practitioner Marta Jamroch-Fryczkowska will also be accepting new patients who do not presently have a family physician. Marta’s practice will focus on adult patients 18 years old and up. Names will be taken and placed on a waiting list to be contacted for future available appointments.
Starting April 3rd 2018, patients will be able to contact the new office at 613-935-9943.
