CORNWALL, Ontario – Charles Thomas, 20, of Hogansburg, NY was arrested on Oct. 11, 2018 and charged with flight from police, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and mischief.
It is alleged on Oct. 10, 2018 the man failed to stop for police in the area of Leitch Dr., he then drove in a dangerous manner as he fled from police causing damage to a property on Leitch Drive. He was later stopped by members of the Regional Task Force and turned over to a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service. He was charged accordingly and held for bail hearing.
