CORNWALL, Ontario – A garage in the north end of the city went up in flames early Monday morning.
The Cornwall Fire Department extinguished the fire on the 3200 block of Johnston Avenue at about 2:20 a.m.
The fire department responded with four vehicles from both stations and a total of 14 fire personnel were at the scene.
A crew was still on the scene late this morning, to ensure the smouldering building would not reignite.
No one was hurt in the fire, and an investigation has commenced.
