CORNWALL, Ontario – Provincial police say a 34-year-old Winchester man is facing charges in an international child pornography investigation.
The OPP child sexual exploitation unit received information in August from the Queensland Police Service in Australia, alleging that a person in eastern Ontario had uploaded images online of child sexual abuse.
Police arrested Peter Richard Graham on Tuesday (Dec. 8).
The accused is charged with two counts of possession of child pornography and one count of distribution of child pornography.
The man is scheduled to appear in a Cornwall court on Jan. 28, 2016.
