CORNWALL, Ontario – Cornwall, ON – Shelby Richmire, 33, of Cornwall was arrested on Nov. 5, 2018 and charged with unlawful use of a credit card x 12 and fraud under $5,000 x 12.
It is alleged between Sept. 25-26, 2018, the woman made 12 unauthorized transactions using a bank card that did not belong to her. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On Nov. 5, 2018, police located the woman. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
