CORNWALL, Ontario – A 30-year-old South Glengarry man suspected of driving an all-terrain vehicle along Cornwall Centre Road while drunk was arrested late Tuesday night by SD&G OPP.
The incident happened in South Stormont at 10:45 p.m.
SD&G OPP say they suspect was under the influence of alcohol when he fled the scene of a traffic stop, but the man’s getaway attempt was short-lived.
Justin Tremblay is charged with care or control of a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in his blood, driving a motor vehicle while impaired, and flight while pursued by peace officer.
He was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in a Cornwall courthouse on October 15.
