SD&G, Ontario – Between Dec. 28, 2018, and Dec. 31, 2018 SD&G OPP officers conducted speed measuring enforcement on Hwy 401, intercepted a vehicle(s) for traveling at excessive speeds. The vehicle was impounded and the driver’s permit seized for seven days in accordance to policy.

– Dec. 29, 2018 – 7:07 a.m. (South Glengarry) vehicle stopped travelling 154km/h (100km/h zone) on Hwy 401. Male driver, 58, from Oakville, Ontario was charged with Stunt Driving (Highway Traffic Act).

– Dec. 31, 2018 – 7:07 a.m. (South Dundas) vehicle stopped travelling 174km/h (100km/h zone) on Hwy 401. Male driver, 50, from Guatemala was charged with Stunt Driving (Highway Traffic Act).

– Jan. 1, 2019 – 12:02 p.m. (South Glengarry) vehicle stopped travelling 153km/h (100km/h zone) on Hwy 401. Male driver, 23, from Etobicoke, Ontario was charged with Stunt Driving (Highway Traffic Act).
