CORNWALL, Ont. – Two men have been charged in connection to a vicious assault involving a bat and a knife.
A 22-year-old Cornwall man suffered non-life threatening injuries after an attack on Sunday, April 10, police say.
Police further allege two men struck the victim with a bat and threatened him with a knife.
Steven Campbell, 36, and Jason Durnion, 42, were arrested and charged with two counts of assault with a weapon and assault causing bodily harm.
Both men were held for a bail hearing.
