It’s time for Council to focus some of their attention on the east end of the city, and here are three suggestions that could be done without spending lots of money.
1 / Replace the 10 year old ugly plywood fence at the corner of Belmont and Montreal Rd. What an eyesore!
2 / Allow the Kinsmen Farmers’ Market to locate at the harbour area. This summertime event is becoming our version of the famous St. Jacobs Farmers’ Market and it’s time that they receive our full support.
3 / It’s time to rid the area of the disgusting filth and get rid of the chemical tanks that should never have been there in the first place!
