CORNWALL, Ontario – Erica Brazeau, 25, of Cornwall was arrested on March 8, 2019 and charged with the following:
- Arson – Disregard for human life
- Arson – Damage to property
- Possession of incendiary material
- Breach of undertaking
It is alleged on March 3, 2019, the woman, while in possession of a fire accelerant, set fire to a residence and vehicle belonging to a man known to her. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On March 8, 2019, the woman was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
