Cornwall, ON – A 68-year-old Otter Lake man was arrested on November 11th, 2021 and charged with gross indecency x3 and indecent assault x 4. It is alleged approximately 48 years ago when the man was a youth and when he became an adult he sexually assaulted three young persons known to him. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On November 11th, 2021 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court at a later date. His name was not released as it may identify the victims in the matter.
WARRANT
Cornwall, ON – Tyler Pyper, 24 of Cornwall was arrested on November 11th, 2021 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man failed to attend court on October 7th, 2021 for an Impaired operation /80 and over charge and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On November 11th, 2021 the man was located by police, taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and held for a bail hearing.
