Cornwall police find pellet guns, hydromorphone pills, pot during raid

CORNWALL, Ontario – Two Cornwallites have been arrested following a police raid on Vincent Massey Drive on Tuesday.

According to the Cornwall Community Police Service, officers found a quantity of hydromorphone pills, marijuana, and two pellet guns, while executing a drug warrant, with the assistance of the Cornwall Emergency Response Team.

Mathieu Lamarche, 33, and Brittany Lague, 19, were arrested at the scene.

Both were charged with possession of marijuana and hydromorphone. 

Lamarche was also charged with breaching a probation order for being in possession of the pellet guns and failing to keep the peace.

He was held in custody for a bail hearing, while Lague was released to appear in court at a later date.
