CORNWALL, Ontario – The Cornwall Police Service is looking to identify the woman pictured below in relation to a theft that occurred at a Montreal Road business on Jan. 11, 2019 at approximately 1:30 pm.
The suspect is described as follows:
- Wearing a shiny black puffy coat
- Wearing a grey toque with a pom-pom on the top
- Shoulder-length straight black hair
- Dark rimmed glasses
