After almost two years with the Ministry of Children and Social Services, I am pleased to announce that I will be transitioning to a new role as Parliamentary Assistant to the Honourable Sylvia Jones, Minister of Health, effective immediately. It has been an honour and a privilege to serve as the Parliamentary Assistant to the Honourable Michael Parsa, Minister of Children, Community and Social Services. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Minister Parsa for his exceptional leadership, mentorship, and support throughout my time at the ministry. It has truly been a pleasure working alongside him and contributing to the important work of the ministry. I have learned a tremendous amount in this role, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of such a dedicated team.
As I embark on this new chapter in my career, I am excited to have the opportunity of supporting Minister Jones and her team in their efforts to improve all matters of health in our province. I am confident that my experiences and skills gained at the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services will serve me well in this new role, and I look forward to contributing to the important work of the Ministry of Health.

I’m thrilled to share that the Dairy Cares fundraiser was a tremendous success this year! The community raised an outstanding $234,915.88 for Winchester District Memorial Hospital, Cornwall Community Hospital, and Hôpital Glengarry Memorial Hospital (HGMH). I enjoyed the evening immensely! It was great to connect with members of our Agriculture community. The generosity of all those present that night is truly inspiring and will directly benefit healthcare services in our community. Thank you to all those who donated for your kindness and dedication to supporting our local hospitals. Your contributions make a significant difference in the lives of those in need. I’m immensely proud of our community’s spirit and compassion. Let’s continue to work together to make a positive impact and build a healthier future for all.
