Kind Hearts!

If you stop by your local Foodland or Giant Tiger in Morrisburg in the next couple of weeks, you might find yourself surrounded by hearts – at least that’s what we hope!

‘Hearts for Dundas Manor’ launches on May 1st and runs for two weeks at the Foodland stores in Iroquois, Winchester, Greely, Osgoode and Russell – as well as the Giant Tiger in Morrisburg.  When you make a donation to the campaign to help build the new Dundas Manor, you will receive a paper heart to sign and display proudly at the store.

“We know our local communities have big hearts and now we hope to see them filling the windows and walls at Foodland and Giant Tiger,” notes Campaign Assistant Cindy Ault Peters. “Thank you to all these stores for taking part in Hearts for Dundas Manor!”

The current Dundas Manor is warm and cozy – but also crowded and dated. The new Dundas Manor will be more than double the size of the current home. Rooms in the new home will be larger – and everyone will have a window.  And 30 additional residents will be welcomed to the home. The new Dundas Manor will warm everyone’s hearts!
