LONDON, Ont. — Alex Christopoulos scored three goals and added an assist as the visiting Windsor Spitfires defeated the London Knights 6-3 in Ontario Hockey League action on Friday.

Shane Wright, Noah Morneau and Matthew Maggio also scored for the Western Conference-leading Spitfires (44-17-4-2), who were outshot 40-28 but received superb goaltending from Joey Costanzo.

George Diaco scored twice for the Knights (43-21-2-0), while Easton Cowan netted a single.

The Spitfires led 2-0 after the first period and took a 4-2 lead into the third.
