BERGERON, Lucien - Lucien Bergeron passed away peacefully at St. Joseph's Continuing Care Centre in Cornwall on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at the age of 73 years. Dear brother of Madeleine (Sy) Golosky, Reynald Bergeron (late Gisele), Hubert Bergeron (late Denise), Gabrielle Houde (Jean-Roch) and Jean-Pierre Bergeron (Lynda). Predeceased by his parents Denis and Alice (Vernier) Bergeron and two brothers, Fernand (Margaret Ann) and Philippe (Kay). The family wishes to thank the staff of the St. Joseph's Continuing Care Centre for their excellent care and kindness. Janet was an avid swimmer who enjoyed many successes competing at Senior events. Survived by his daughters Christine Muir (Allan Beaudry) and Laurie Muir; grandchildren Sydney and MacKenzie Muir. Also survived by his sister Jean St. Jean (Shad St. Jean) and brother Ronald Muir (Cathy Ede). Predeceased by his mother Dora Sauvé. Cremation has taken place. Lorna was a longtime volunteer at North York General Hospital and also a profound adherent of Iona Presbyterian Church and participated in its many functions. Angus' family's Ontario roots extend generations back to the arrival of the Fraser Highlanders in 1758 and he has always kept his heritage alive through his natural love of land, nature, history, travel and music. In his early years, he aspired to leadership roles at Courtaulds Canada, then moved to Toronto where he worked to his retirement in 1996 when he and Winnie enjoyed a long retirement with family and friends back in the Cornwall area. He was a member of the Probus Club, Beek Lindsay retirement community, Legion Group, Knights of Columbus and the Cornwall Township Historical Society. Angus gave generously of his time and talent entertaining over the years with his various music bands in senior's homes, community picnics and music festivals. McINTOSH, Angus - Angus Leonard McIntosh, in his 95th year, peacefully exchanged his guitar for a harp on Monday August 17, 2015. Yvette was born on December 31, 1928 in Maxville, Ontario Canada, the daughter of the late Eli and Eva (Villeneuve) Guindon. She married Donald H. Jenack on May 19, 1956 at St. James Church in Maxville, Ontario with Rev. J. P. Breton presiding. Mr. Jenack predeceased her on October 24, 1993. Yvette was a homemaker, making her family her life's work, especially enjoying the time spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Yvette was a very Proud Canadian Citizen and was equally as proud of becoming a naturalized U.S. Citizen. Yvette is survived by two sons, Donald G. and wife Joanna of Massena, and Brian P. and wife Lynda of Massena, grandchildren Michael J. of Stowe, VT and Matthew J. of Somerset, NJ, Brianna Jenack and companion Josh Burleigh of Chase Mills, NY, two great grandchildren; Madison and Molly Burleigh of Chase Mills, NY; along with several beloved nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her loving husband Donald H. Jenack, a son Dwayne P. Jenack; her five brothers Aurele, Roger "Bud", Francis, Gerard and Oscar Guindon in infancy. After her marriage, Yvette spent time traveling with her husband, who served proudly in the U.S Navy around the country, and with their young growing family in Maxville Ontario, Barbados, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Boston and Virginia. McNALLY, Greg - Peacefully at the GWM Hospital in Perth, Ontario on August 13, 2015. Walter Gregory "Greg" McNally, in his 68th year. Best friend and beloved husband for 43 years of Laurie (McLachlan). Dear father of Elizabeth (Matt Miernik) McNally, Walter (Lauren) McNally, Susan (Russ) Borrowman and Cathy (Toby) James. Greg was raised on the family farm along McNally's Bay between Westport and Newboro. He started his career in education as a teacher in 1970 at St. John Catholic School in Perth, where he met Laurie. He retired from the Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario as the Director of Education, and then served as the Executive Director for the Canadian Catholic School Trustees' Association. Greg had a zest for life, a deep faith in God, a wonderful wit and respect for all. His fondest work memories included working in the schools; keeping the student at the heart; coaching team sports; practising servant leadership; writing history, including Beacons of Faith; and collaborating with educational groups such as the EOCCC, CCSTA, OCSOA and EOSDN. He loved attending Church; emceeing Geritol hockey banquets; gathering for Sunday family dinners; getting together in Florida and at Otty Lake Road Parties; golfing at the Chappie Open; watching his grandchildren grow up; making others laugh; remembering birthday dates; and, celebrating all things that brought family and friends together. He was a loving husband, supportive dad, and proud grandpa. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses, especially Lesli Richmond, who cared for him so well during his five-year battle against cancer. Ray had a love and knowledgeable interest of sports and as a player excelled in Fastball, Baseball, Football and Golf. He was also an avid reader and "History" was his passion.
