CORNWALL, Ontario – Anson Jacco, 53, of Cornwall was arrested on Aug. 28, 2018 on the strength of a warrant. He was also charged with the following:
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of methamphetamine (speed)
- Possession of codeine
- Breach of recognizance (for failing to appear for all court appearances)
- Breach of probation (for possessing unlawful drugs and failing to keep the peace)
It is alleged the man, who was known to be wanted for failing to attend court, was located on Aug. 28, 2018. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana, methamphetamine and codeine. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
