Cornwall man arrested for exposing himself outside

CORNWALL, Ontario – Howard McKay, 73, of Cornwall was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 26 and charged with indecent act.

It is alleged on Wednesday, Feb. 5 the man exposed himself to someone who was outside his residence and police were contacted to investigate.

On Feb. 26 he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on March 31.
